HOW IT WORKS: Kilox Neutralizer actually changes
odorous molecules into non-odorous, biodegradable compounds.
The odorous molecules literally do not exist any longer! Hydrogen
sulfide (rotten egg smells), ammonia, sulfur dioxide, methyl
mercaptan (skunk odor), many others, are eliminated.
Kilox Neutralizer 's main process is Cation
Exchange. Organic odors, having a positive ionic charge, are
attracted to Kilox Neutralizer 's super-charged negative ions

sprayed directly on your pet's coat to eliminate odors as strong

Odor Free Animal Clinics or Shelters:
• Air Borne Odors: For urine, stool,
kennel, perfumes, pet odors (diseased skin, teeth, etc.), simply
spray the air routinely in those areas to be deodorized. For
larger areas or to eliminate musty air conditioner and duct
odors, spray air filters until moist but not wet. Repeat as
often as needed. Two ounces of Kilox Neutralizer in a gallon-sized
humidifier will also provide wonderful results.
• Anal glands: Empty glands into a paper
towel previously wetted with Kilox Neutralizer. Spray the rectal
area liberally with Kilox Neutralizer and wipe dry. Pets will
go home odor free.
• Pet Odors: Kilox Neutralizer is nontoxic
and hypoallergenic, and will not irritate the skin of dogs or
cats. Pets can be sprayed liberally to deodorize any unwanted
animal odors. (Always protect the pets' eyes.)
• Cat Boxes: Remove solids and spray
cat boxes daily with Kilox Neutralizer For the cleanest and
odor free litter box, spray Kilox Neutralizer in the bottom
of a clean litter box. Add new litter, and spray the top lightly.
Each time you remove waste solids, spray the litter again. Kilox
Neutralizer is odor free, non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and leaves
no smell behind to offend your cat. Kilox Neutralizer has residual
effects that keep on working on the urine that remains in the
litter box. You will probably not have to change litter as often
and there is no odor!
• Trash Cans: Liberally spray the container
with Kilox Neutralizer and let the cans air dry.
• Table/Cage/Stall Cleaner: Spray, wipe
or mop directly on the surface to remove agents causing odor
and to sanitize and disinfect
• Clothing: Use directly on clinic clothing
to deodorize anal gland fluids, urine, stool, etc. as these
accidents occur. Launder as prescribed below.
• Laundry: Add two ounces of Kilox Neutralizer
to the water of each load.
• Floors, Counters, & Walls: Spray,
mop or wash with Kilox Neutralizer by adding 2 ounces of Kilox
Neutralizer per gallon of water.
• Bedding: Spray the area before bedding
is in place and spray the bedding directly. Wash according to
laundry instructions.
SMOKE & TOBACCO ODORS!
• To eliminate odor in a smoker's room,
add 1-2 ounces of Kilox Neutralizer to a half of a gallon of
water in a vaporizer. Operate it in the room as needed (up to
4 hours at a time). This method works well in any area that
has air borne odor problems.
• Using a clean air intake filter for
your air conditioning system, dampen the entire surface of the
filter with Kilox Neutralizer. Replace filter as directed. Repeat
daily for one week.
• Spray drapes, upholstered furniture
with a fine mist of Kilox Neutralizer. (Be sure that you have
tested a small corner of fabric for color fastness before spraying
the entire surface!)
• Kilox Neutralizer evaporates at the
same rate as water. Because Kilox Neutralizer contains a light-cleansing
agent, it may be used on floors, walls and countertops. The
dilution rate is 2-4 ounces of Kilox Neutralizer to 1 gallon
of water.
• In closets where smoking odors have
collected on clothing, the clothes should be aired out, and
for fabrics that are washable, the clothes may be sprayed liberally
full strength with Kilox Neutralizer , (test first for colorfastness.).
Spray the entire closet, floors, walls, shelves, and corners.
It is important when using Kilox Neutralizer to get into the
corners and crevices of contaminated rooms. More than one application
is usually not necessary. However, if Kilox Neutralizer does
not get to the source of the odor, another application may be
necessary.
ELIMINATES MOLD & MILDEW ODORS IN CLOSETS,
BASEMENTS, FURNITURE, DRAPERIES AND FABRIC! In a non-conspicuous
area, apply undiluted Kilox Neutralizer using the fine-mist
spray bottle to test for color fastness. If no discoloration
appears wet the fabric with Kilox Neutralizer. Let stand undisturbed
for a minimum of one hour. Remove the excess liquid as completely
as you can with a soft absorbent towel. If the odor should reappear,
reapply Kilox Neutralizer.
• Musty Odors from Closets: Kilox Neutralizer
is designed to eliminate fungus and fungal spores.
Method 1: Add two ounces of Kilox Neutralizer
to a room humidifier's (1 gallon) container, and fill tank with
water. Separate the clothing on hangers so they are not touching
each other. Open drawers; spread clothing on shelves so air
can circulate around them. Close the closet door and allow the
humidifier to run a minimum of 30 minutes up to one hour. Open
the closet door to permit any humidity to escape.
Method 2: Remove clothing from the closet,
shelves or drawers. Using the pump spray, spray the clothing
individually. (Always test first for color fastness!) Before
replacing clothes in the closet, spray the rods, corners, shelves,
carpet and all the baseboards with Kilox Neutralizer. Pay close
attention to cracks and crevices where fungus spores and odors
can collect. Replace clothing.
• Carpets: A carpet cleaning solution
may be created to remove odors from carpets by adding 2-4 ounces
of Kilox Neutralizer to the carpet cleaner tank with water and
the carpet cleaning solution. Follow manufacturer's directions.
• Hard & Porous Surfaces: Use a dilution
of 2-4 ounces of Kilox Neutralizer in a gallon of water. Swab
with a clean cloth or with a clean mop. Allow to air dry. Kilox
Neutralizer, when properly applied, should effectively control
and/or eliminate mold.
ELIMINATES ALL NOXIOUS ODORS FROM YOUR SUV,
AUTO, OR TRUCK! Make your car or RV smell like new! With the
engine running, spray Kilox Neutralizer into the ventilation
system (at the base of the windshield). Turn the air circulation
on and set to "high" fan speed with all windows closed
and run for a full 5 minutes. Open windows, continue running
the fan for an additional 5 minutes. Kilox Neutralizer is non-staining,
but it is always a good idea to apply Kilox Neutralizer to a
small area on the upholstery or dashboard to check for colorfastness
before pouring directly on the carpet/upholstery fabrics. After
determining that there is no discoloration, thoroughly dampen
any known spill areas with Kilox Neutralizer and allow to dry.
After 10 minutes, you may soak up any remaining liquid with
a soft towel. Spray headers, carpets, sides, glove compartment
and mats. Trunks also retain odors originating from the interior
of the car, from the exhaust, and any foul smelling trunk content.
Spray the entire trunk liberally with Kilox Neutralizer, paying
close attention to edges, seams and carpet.
BOATS: You NO LONGER have to tolerate the obnoxious
odors from boat engine compartments or from growing mildew on
carpets and fiberglass. Put the 'pleasure' back into 'pleasure
boating'. Kilox Neutralizer attacks and eradicates diesel fumes,
cooking odors, cigarette smoke, holding tank odors, even fish
and chum odors! Kilox Neutralizer is safe to use everywhere!
Spray the air; wipe off odors on tables, the deck, and use in
the washing machine to eliminate odors off bedding and other
washable materials.
ELIMINATE CARPET & FABRIC ODORS: Kilox
Neutralizer is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and a true and effective
deodorant that oxidatively eliminates the organic sources of
odor pollution. Kilox Neutralizer has a cumulative and residual
long lasting affect. Application Instructions: (ALWAYS TEST
FABRIC FOR COLOR FASTNESS BEFORE APPLYING Kilox Neutralizer)
1.If other products have been used previously,
apply club soda or a mild baking soda solution to the carpet
before applying Kilox Neutralizer. Allow this to dry somewhat
before continuing the odor removal procedures. Kilox Neutralizer
has a pH of approximately 7.0 (neutral) and works best in an
alkaline environment. Other products may have an acid base,
and they should be neutralized by this treatment baking soda
treatment first.
2. Where animal urine or body secretions have
occurred and penetration has reached the hard surface of the
under floor, or with a long standing problem, apply Kilox Neutralizer
by pouring it directly on the odor source and allow it to remain
very damp for up to 10 minutes. (It is important for Kilox Neutralizer
to have ample time to soak through the pad to the under floor.)
Cat urine is a difficult odor to eliminate, and you must destroy
the bacteria causing the odors as well as the urine's ammonia
salts. Soak up any remaining solution with a clean towel.
3.When using Kilox Neutralizer in a carpet
cleaning (shampoo) machine add 2-4 ounces of Kilox Neutralizer
to each gallon of cleaning solution. If steam cleaning the carpet,
add 2-4 ounces to each 5 gallons of steam cleaning solution.
KILOX NEUTRALIZER IN THE SICKROOM: Sickroom
smells are offensive to the caregiver, and may cause patient
depression. These odors can be removed using Kilox Neutralizer
permitting both the sick individual and the caregiver with a
better quality of life. Use the Kilox Neutralizer spray whenever
airborne odors are a problem. Use liberally to sweep clean all
mal odors from the air. If extra humidity is needed in the room,
a vaporizer may be used. Add 24 ounces of Kilox Neutralizer
with one gallon of water and run for approximately 4 hours.
• Wheelchairs are often the source of
body odors and the smell is often difficult to remove. Spray
the seat, armrest, back, and bottom of the chair for best results.
Allow the wheelchair to air dry. There is a residual effect
when using Kilox Neutralizer. If an accident occurs, odor elimination
is still effective.
• Spray Kilox Neutralizer all around
urinals and toilets and allow to air dry for long lasting odor
removal. When changing bed linens, apply Kilox Neutralizer directly
on soiled sheets before putting them into a linen hamper. This
will help inhibit odor production. Before placing clean sheets
on the bed, spray Kilox Neutralizer on the mattress cover or
egg crate protector and allow Kilox Neutralizer to dry for a
few minutes. Kilox Neutralizer will provide a residual protection
by using this changing method.
